Apple Mac Man
Remote Mac Support UK
Get friendly remote Mac support anywhere in the UK from Apple Mac Man, an independent Apple Mac specialist helping home users since 2006. I help with Apple ID problems, email issues, iCloud storage, slow Macs, software updates, printer problems and scam pop-ups over a safe, one-time AnyDesk connection. Same-day remote help is often available if your Mac can get online.
How it works
Three Simple Steps
You don't need to be technical. Just follow these steps and I'll do the rest.
1
Call or Email
Get in touch and describe what's going on. We'll agree a time that suits you — often the same day. If remote support is not suitable, I will say so before we start.
2
Download AnyDesk
I'll ask you to download a small, safe programme called AnyDesk. It takes about two minutes and only lets me see your screen after you approve the session.
3
I Fix It
You give me a nine-digit code and I connect. You can watch everything I do and take back control at any time.
Download AnyDesk
Click the button below to download AnyDesk for your Mac. Once it's open, call me with the nine-digit number you'll see on the screen.

Common Mac problems I help with online
Apple ID and iCloud help: sign-in loops, verification prompts, iCloud storage warnings, photos or documents not syncing, and confusing password messages.
Email help: Apple Mail, Gmail, iCloud Mail, Outlook, stuck outboxes, missing mailboxes, sending problems and account settings.
Slow Mac help: beachballing, slow startup, full storage warnings, update problems and apps that refuse to behave like adults.
Scam pop-ups and security worries: suspicious browser warnings, fake support messages, unwanted notifications and general “is this safe?” checks.
Your privacy & security
I can only connect when you give me the AnyDesk code and you approve the session. You can see exactly what I'm doing at all times, take back control, or disconnect instantly by closing AnyDesk. I do not keep permanent access to your Mac, and I do not store your Apple ID, email, banking or iCloud passwords.
Remote Mac Support FAQ
Can you fix my Mac remotely?
Yes, many common Mac problems can be fixed remotely, including email problems, Apple ID issues, iCloud storage warnings, slow Macs, software updates, printer settings, browser problems and scam pop-ups. If the problem needs a home visit, I will tell you honestly before we start.
Is AnyDesk safe for Mac remote support?
Yes, when used properly. AnyDesk only lets me connect when you give me the one-time code shown on your screen and approve the session. You can watch everything I do, stay in control, and end the session at any time. I do not keep permanent access to your Mac, and I will never ask you to log into online banking or buy gift cards.
Can you connect again after the session?
No, not unless you open AnyDesk again and give me a new code. For normal home-support sessions I use attended, one-time access rather than permanent unattended access.
Can you help with Apple ID or iCloud problems?
Yes. I can help with Apple ID sign-in problems, password prompts, iCloud storage messages, photos and documents not syncing, and general iCloud settings. For security, you stay in control of your passwords and verification codes.
Can you fix Mac email problems remotely?
Usually, yes. I can check Mail settings, account passwords, sending and receiving problems, stuck outbox messages, missing mailboxes and common iCloud, Gmail, Outlook and other email account issues.
Do you offer remote Mac support outside Dorset?
Yes. Home visits are mainly around Bournemouth, Poole, Dorset and Wiltshire, but remote Mac support is available anywhere in the UK as long as your Mac can get online.
What if remote help is not suitable?
If remote support is not the right option, I will say so. Some hardware faults, internet connection failures or problems where the Mac will not start may need a home visit or workshop repair instead.
